The Land and Survey Department in collaboration with the Human Resource Planning Unit from the Chief Minister's Department had organised a Succession Planning Workshop from 23^rd to 25^th October 2008 at Damai Beach Resort, Kuching. The purpose of the workshop is to prepare the senior officers of the Department for the implementation of Succession Plan of the department. The workshop was officiated by the State Secretary of Sarawak, Datuk Amar Wilson Baya Dandot and attended by 30 personnel of the Lands and Surveys Department together with five officers from the Human Resource Planning Unit.
