About forty officers from the Department had a remarkable hands-on experience on managing issues and reputation management during an interactive knowledge-sharing session with Saperi Ramli, Manager of Social Performance/Communications from Shell Malaysia Deepwater Projects.  The half-day session was attended by Director Datu Sudarsono Osman and Deputy Directors Sajeli Kipli and Ting Sii Chiong.
