Under the provisions of Section 32A(1) of the Land Code, no person, whether or not he is the lawful proprietor or occupier of the land, may remove any rock material or any commodities manufactured there from such land, except under and in accordance with a license issued to him by the Superintendent.

Any person removing any rock materials or any commodities there from any land without a license or contrary to any terms and conditions of a license issued under Section 32a(1) of the Land Code shall be guilty of an offence: Penalty a fine of five thousand dollars.
