1.  Processing of the license

• The Divisional Superintendent will inform the applicant in writing of the decision on the application: - 
   (a) Approved
   (b) Rejected

• On the approved case, the Divisional Superintendent will make offer of terms and conditions of the license and require the applicant to pay the relevant fees. 

• Once the offer is accepted and payment of fees have been made by the applicant, the Divisional Superintendent will submit the Draft License to Director of Lands and Surveys for signature. 

• After the signature has been attested, the Director will return the Draft License to the Superintendent for record and custodian and distribution to the licensee and relevant Authorities. 

2.  What are the fees payable? 

• Annual License fee - RM50.00 

• Preparation of License fee - RM50.00
