For the purpose of landing stages or the erection and use as a wharf, permission may be given by the Minister under Section 38(3) of the Land Code (Cap. 81)

In this circumstances, the application to erect and use a wharf may be submitted in writing to the Divisional Superintendent Land and Survey Department of the Division where the land is situated.
