1.  Backup Media

• Monthly backup tapes from divisional offices are sent to HQ for safe keeping.

• This is to ensure that the backup copy is always available in case of data corruption or lost of data at the divisional offices.

2.  IT Equipment

• This is the inventory of IT equipments  in the Department for the purpose of monitoring and budgeting of computer stationery.

3.  Computer Software

• This is the inventory of computer software purchased by the Department.

4.  Technical Books
     ISB's library is keeping the Technical Books for the following categories:

• Software packages (Oracle, Genamap, ArcGIS, Solaris, etc.)

• Application Manuals (Design Specifications, Training Manual, etc.)

• Hardware Manuals (Plotter, Printer, etc.)
