This system is designed  to capture information pertaining to land applications, land titles and instruments (dealings). It also monitors land  applications, issue of title and maintains new titles for successful land applications as well as lodgment of instruments on the land titles. 

1.  The Objectives of the Title Registration System are:- 

1. To facilitate the monitoring of the status of land applications and titles.

2. To allow entry of new titles and maintenance of existing titles and dealings.

3. To provide an accurate database whereby updating and retrieval of information are performed efficiently.

4. To monitor the work progress of the officers.

5. To increase productivity and quality of work in the Land Branch and Registry Section. 

2.  The Title Registration System comprises of six (6) modules as below:-

1. Cases Received

2. Title Preparation (TIPS)

3. Registration Of Instruments (ORIS)

4. Computerised Land Registry Enquiry (CLARES)

5. Enquiry/Report

6. Statistical Reports
