1.  Office Automation Fault Report

• This refers to fault report reported by the Department users on the Office Automation hardware (e.g. PCs, printer) and software (e.g. star office)

• The user will fill the User Fault Report Form to describe the fault.

• The form is then passed to ISB and the technician will attend to the fault.

• If the fault cannot be rectified immediately, the faulty equipment will be sent to SAINS for further action.

2.  Service Level Agreement

• This is an exercise of servicing the IT equipments in the Department.
