1.  Types development :
     - Commercial, Industrial, Residential, Agriculture, Recreational, Office/Institution 

2.  Who are eligible ?

i.    Individual person 
ii.   Company, Corporate Body, Society / Association 
iii.  Government Statutory Bodies / Agencies 

3.  Justifications for land development application ? 
     i.   All applications for  State Land  can be made in writing  addressed to the  Divisional  Superintendent  of  Land and  

    Survey Department where the land is located. 
ii.  The requirements needed to support the application are as follows: 

4.  For an individual

i.    A copy of a plan showing the land applied for and the purpose; 
ii.   Personal particulars of the applicant such as:- 
     - age, occupation, marital status, Income, citizenship, number of  dependent children and a list of landed  property

     (if any)
