Application for estate plantation refers to application for State Land of more than 40.47 hectares (100 acres)  for agricultural purposes. 

1.  How to Apply ?

All applications for land for estate plantation can be made in writing addressed to the Superintendent of Land and Survey Department of the Division in which the land is situated. 

2.  Requirements:

i.     A map or plan showing the land applied; 
ii.    The application should state the proposed usage; 
iii.    2 certified copies each of Memorandum and Articles of Association of the  company, Certificate  of  Registration,

       Forms 24 and 49 and related documents issued under the Companies Act 1965;
iv.    A copy of completed Form MRP (PL) 1/95.
