1.  A foreign individual, or company or corporation registered in Malaysia, may with the consent of the Minister for the time

   being responsible for land acquire land within the classification of Mixed Zone Land subject to the following conditions:- 

(a)    Land within designated Free Industrial Zone; 

(b)    Land  within  the  area declared as  Special  Development  Area  under  Section  13E (2) (a) of  the Land Code, for

        commercial, industrial, hotel, resort or recreational purposes; and 
(c)    Any particular case approved by Minister (S.13B & S13E).

2.  Such foreign individual, company or corporation may also own any land with a building thereon for residential purposes

     where the market value of such land and building is not less than RM300,000.00.

3.  Such foreign individual, company or corporation may also purchase an apartment or condominium issued with  a strata

     title under the Strata Titles Ordinance, 2000.
