Land and Rent, Installment of Premium, other Miscellaneous Fee and Land Charge

1.  WHERE  can a registered  proprietor of land pay the annual rent, installment of  premium and other  miscellaneous  fees

     and land charges? 

-  All annual rent, payment of installment of premium, other miscellaneous fees and land charges can be paid at the Revenue Section, Divisional Land and Survey Offices in the eleven (11) Divisions of Sarawak. 

2.  WHEN  is the annual rent due for payment? 

Annual rent is due for payment on or before the date of registration of the issue  document of the title or the due date for payment as stated on rent booklet. If the rent is not paid on or before  the due date as stated on the date of registration of the title or the due date for payment as stated on rent booklet, it becomes an arrears and a surcharge of 50% is added to the amount outstanding.
