1.  Quarry Licence : Issuing of Quarry Licences

The license to quarry and remove stone is issued under the Provisions of Section 32 of the Land Code as the definition of rock material under the Land Code does not relate to metals/minerals as defined under the Mining Ordinance (Cap. 83).
