The Preparation of Memorandum of Transfer can be done at the Land Registry Office if the amount of consideration or the assessed market value of land (whichever is greater) is less than RM20,000.00 depending on the Divisions the land is situated. 

All parties concerned must come in person and bring along the following document :-

i.      Issue Document of Title       

ii.     Original Identity Card 
iii.    Photostat copy of Identity Card 
iv.    Rent Payment Booklet ( for payable title ) 
v.     Other relevant document and pay the preparation and registration fees.
