2.  CLARES enables : -

i.     Immediate title search and print-outs; 
ii.    Extracts of title and full print-out of title to be delivered within 1 day; 
iii.   Government agencies,  law firms,  financial institutions,  professional consultants and other public to have a more

      efficient service; 
iv.   Immediate statistical reports to be provided for departmental use. 

3.  Services under CLARES

i.    Title Search And Print-Out
      -  Search of title, instruments and dealings-in-progress. 
      -  The information may be provided on screen or in form of print-outs. 
ii.    Extract Of Title 
       -  The title details including current dealings are provided in the report. 
iii.    Full Print-Out Of Titles 
       - The title details including current and non-current dealings are provided in the report.
