In accordance with the Land ( Registration of Titles ) Rules:

1. For preparing any instrument or other document of not more than 2 pages - RM10 for each. 

2. For preparing each page in excess of 2 pages of any instrument or other document - RM5 for each page. 

3. For registration of a transfer, a charge, a sublease, a transmission, a power of attorney, a caveat or an order of the High Court - RM10 for each instrument when the land in only one document of title is dealt with. 

4. For registration of a discharge of a charge a surrender of a sublease, a variation of a charge, a variation of a sublease, a withdrawal of a caveat, a re-entry by a sublessor - RM5 for each instrument when the land involving one document of title is dealt with. 

5. For registration of any instrument or dealing with any matter not otherwise provided for - RM10.
