i.   Memorandums of Transfer
     -  Up to RM100,000.00 - 1% 
     -  More than RM100,000.00 but not exceeding RM500,000.00 - 2% 
     -  More than RM500,000.00 - 3% 

        w.e.f 1.1.2003 remission of 50% of the above stamp duties is given upon voluntary between the followings

ii.   Memorandum of Charge
      -  For each RM500.00 or part thereof - RM2.50 

iii.   Memorandum of Sublease
      -  (Item 49 of the 1st Schedule to the Stamp Act, 1949)
