1.  Registered Propietor(s) or Power of Attorney may submit application for:

i.    Subdivision of agriculture land

ii.   Development or subdivision of land for residential use if:

  • The land does not exceed 4,047 square metres; and

  • Only detach house not  exceeding  two stories in  height are  erected on not more than  four sub-divided lots.

 

  1. A Qualified Person registered under Part I with SPA with relevant professional qualification may prepare, draw up, sign or submit application, or act on behalf of registered proprietor(s) for subdivision or development of land or building.

 

  1. A Qualified Person registered under Part I with SPA with at least 7 years experience in the preparation of plans for subdivision or development of land may prepare, draw up, sign or submit application, or act on behalf of registered proprietor(s) for:

 i.    Subdivision of agriculture land

 ii.   Development or subdivision of land for residential use not exceeding 40 units

 

  1. Only  Town Planners  registered under Part I  with SPA  are a llowed to  prepare, draw up and sign Planning  Brief.  

 

  1. Only  Architects  registered u nder Part I  with SPA are  allowed  to prepare, draw  and sign  sketch  building  plan.

 

  1. Only qualified Engineers registered under Part II with SPA are allowed to prepare, draw up, sign and submit Engineering Plans.
