The responsibility of the Planning Branch's Development Control Section is to process applications for planning approval and development of land and buildings.

Function :-

• Processing of applications for subdivision of land;

• Processing of applications for development of land and building; 

• Planning advice for application for the variation of title condition (AVTC);

• Processing of certain categories of building plans;

• Processing of application for depositing of survey plans.
