The responsibility of the Planning Branch's Development Control Section is to process applications for planning approval and development of land and buildings.

Function :-

• Processing of applications for the subdivision of land;

• Processing of applications for the variation of title conditions (AVTC) without subdivision;

• Processing of applications for the (AVTC)/Subdivision/Development of land and/or building; 

• Processing of certain categories of building plans;

• Processing of application for depositing of survey plans.
