This section is responsible in identifying and selecting suitable sites for the purpose of Government establishments and Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs). Planning comments and advice to the Land Branch for applications for state land, temporary occupation licences (TOL), licenses to remove earth/sand/rock materials and extension/renewal of terms.
