1.  Project Description: supplement project description with :-

•  Site Layout Plan - showing buildings, car parks, playing ground, etc.

•  Building Plans (where appropriate) - showing the elevations and floor plans.

2.  Project Components :-

• Types

• Number

• Size of buildings

3.  Justifications :-

• Why is the project required?

• Is it a new facility or to improve existing facility?

• Why is the existing facility not sufficient?

• Give statistics to support the justification
  e.g. how many pupils/children (in the case of application for additional school) are

• Using/attending the existing school? 

• Which area (kampung, housing estates, etc.) will the new facility serve?

• Local provision against standards for state or national provision?

4.  Availability of Funds

• What is the project cost (scheme value) in the 5 years Malaysia Plan

• Has the project been approved?

• Is the fund available now?
