*Note : Submission of Detailed Building Plans After Approval of Siting by SPA

  1.  Sumbission of Building Plans following Step 1 to 4, if building plans not yet approved by SPA.

  2.  For State Project, the building plans has to get approval from Building Design Committee   first before submission to 

       L&S Divisional office.
