Responsible for the "creative" aspect of planning related to Urban Planning and Design in respect of   formulation and designs of various types of plans. Manipulates the best combination of land use and contributes design and graphic inputs, where necessary, for the Branch and the Department.

Dealing with the evaluation of various types of planning reports and studies related to Regional and Strategic Planning.
