Geodetic Survey

(a) Densification of Geodetic Control  network  in the State

(b) Geodetic/Trigonometric stations maintenance; and

(c) Carry out Pre marking and post marking of ground control points required for mapping

     purposes

Project Survey

(a) Responsible for the planning and privatization of cadastral control survey in the State;

(b) Privatization of land acquisition survey ;

(c) Checking and approval of privatized survey jobs; and

(d) Overseeing and monitoring the progress of survey for all government development and

     private development survey projects  in the State

Photogrammetry 

(a) Responsible for mapping project planning and preparation;

(b) Requisition for pre-marking/posting  marking required for mapping projects;

(c) Preparation of flight plan for aerial photography survey;

(d) Performing aerial Triangulation for  mapping blocks; Data processing; and Map

     Compilation; and

(e) Production of Orthophotos maps.

Cartography

(a) Production,  maintenance and  publication of large, medium and small scales maps of

     the State;

(b) Gazette Notification update;

(c) Sale of mapping products and aerial photographs.

Photolitho

(a) Litho graphing (in house service),

(b) Aerial photography survey,

(c) Aerial photographs and plans reproduction;

(d) Microfilming, and books binding (in house service). 

Workshop

Provide In house servicing of:

(a)   Optical and electronic survey instruments;

(b)   Calibration of EDM ;

   Minor repairs of office furniture and  maintenance of plant nursery to      

   meet department needs
