VALUATION BRANCH : Annual Rent
An Annual Rent is due for payment on the anniversary date of registration of title / lease or the date stipulated by the superintendent.
Failure to pay on time will be subject to 50% surcharge of the annual rent in arrears and will be added to the amount due.
Payment can be made at the revenue section of the divisional Land and Survey Department and online payment through Pay Bills Malaysia (www.paybillsmalaysia.com)
