VALUATION BRANCH : Application For Variation Of Title Condition (AVTC)
Premium Assessment Is Required When It Involves Direct Alienation (DA), Re-Alienation, Change of Title Condition (AVTC), Extension of Term of Title Condition and Alienation to Federal Lands Commissioner (FLC).

Premium is a lump sum tax levied on the land upon direct alienation or when there is re alienation of land.

Request for assessment is normally received from the Land Branch in the form of Valuation Request.

The amount of premium is derived by applying a standard percentage rate of premium to the Market Value of the land.

The rate to be adopted will depend on the title condition of the land and its category.
