ENFORCEMENT BRANCH (HEADQUARTERS)
1. Applications of License to Remove Rock Material which are received by the D ivisional Office will be processed and considered in the duration of two (2) weeks time depends on; i. The applications, which comply with the requirements, ii. There is no further investigation, and iii. No approval from Ministry is required.
2. Public complaints or applications, which are directly received by Headquarters will be referred to respective Divisional Office for further action within one (1) week from the date of receipt of such complaints or applications.
3. All the investigations upon offences that are related to the illegal extraction of rock material made under Land Code (Chapter 81), which are received from the Divisional Office will be processed and considered within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receive provided; i. The Investigation Papers is complete which have no further action and investigation, and ii. Any particular cases that have no needs to be referred to Sarawak Attorney General Chamber.
ENFORCEMENT BRANCH (DIVISIONAL)
1. All applications of License to Remove Rock Material will be processed and considered in duration of two (2) weeks time depends on; i. The applications which are comply all the requirements, ii. No approval from Director of Land and Survey is required, and iii. The level of responsiveness received from other relevant agencies.
2. Any public complaints which are related to the Enforcement Branch will be investigated and given a feedback within a period of two (2) weeks time from the date of the complaint received, depends on; i. The ability of a complainant to give their full name and address, and ii. Accessible to location which has been reported.
3. Offences that involve illegal extraction of rock material made under the Land Code (Chapter 81) will be investigated and to be referred to the Headquarters within 2 months from the date of the case received.
