1.  State Land Application

  1. Applications will be processed and submitted to Ministry of Planning and Resource Management (MPRM) within a  period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of such applications;

  2. Decisions on the application will be conveyed to applicants within one (1) week upon receipt of such decisions   from MPRM. 

 

2.  Renewal of Land Leases 

  1. An interim reply will be given within the period of two (2) weeks upon receipt of such applications;

  2. If the land is not required for government development (subject to section 47/48 of the Land Code or any   government development purposes), a final decision on premium, terms and conditions will be conveyed to the applicant within three (3) months.

 

3.  Variation of Title Condition (AVTC) and Subdivision 

  1. Approval for the issue of subdivision titles will be conveyed to applicant within two (2) months upon receipt of such application provided that:

           i)     Depositing of the survey plan has been approved; and

           ii)    Premium and annual rent have been finalized.

  1. Memorandum of Surrender and Alienation of Land (MOSA) will be prepared within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of acceptance of terms and condition of titles from applicants.

 

4.  Applications for permission to deal (transfer, charge, sublease)

    a.    Decisions will be conveyed to applicants within a period of one (1) month upon receipt of such applications.

 

5.  Issuance of Titles         

     a.   Direct Alienation

Titles will be issued within one (1) month upon execution of Formal Offer Form L&S 80 and payment of premium / other charges by the applicant.

   

     b.   AVTC/Subdivision/Renewal of Leases

Titles will be issued within one (1) month upon execution of Memorandum of Surrender and Alienation of Land (MOSA) and payment of premium / other charges by the applicant.
