CLIENT CHARTER - Survey Branch
1. Contract Survey Job
a. Cadastral Control
Contract Survey job for cadastral control will be processed within one (1) month, after submission of contract Survey job.
b. Land acquisition survey
Contract Survey job with respect to land acquisition survey will be screened within one (1) month from the date of submission to Project Survey Section.
c. Details Checking and approval of Computation
Details checking and approval of computation will be carried out within two (2) months from the date of receipt of contract survey job by the Divisional Survey Branch.
2. Survey for Private Development Projects
a. Application for survey job
Application for issuance of survey job (supported by all relevant documents) will be processed within one (1) week, upon receipt of application (Survey Circular No. 2/2005)
b. Screening of submitted survey job
The mandatory screening process for all survey jobs submitted by Licensed Land Surveyors will be performed within one (1) month from the date of receipt of survey jobs (Survey Circular No. 2/2005).
c. Approval of Survey computation
Survey jobs that pass the mandatory screening process and accepted for registration will be processed and survey computation will be approved within two (2) months (Survey Circular No. 2/2005).
3. Survey Information
Requests for the following survey information are available during the visit at Lands and Surveys Department of the respective Division and upon payment from:
a. Field Books,
b. Traverse Volumes,
c. Trig. List,
d. Station Descriptions
4. Sale of Restricted Maps & aerial photographs
Requests for Restricted maps & aerial photographs are subjected to security clearance and will be made available immediately after notification of approval by Commissioner of Police and upon payment.
5. Sale of Unrestricted maps and survey plans
Requests for the following will be made available upon payment:
a. Unrestricted maps
b. Cadastral map sheet
c. Deposited Plan
d. Certified Plan
e. Miscellaneous plans for land acquisition survey of roads and drains projects
