CLIENT CHARTER - Valuation Branch
1. Valuation Services
Requests for valuation will be processed within one (1) month from the date of receipt of applications.
2. Land Acquisition
Land acquisition will be completed within the same year in which the fund is received from the Client Departments provided that:
a. Funds have been received from the Client Department before 1st July of the year;
b. Siting approval has been obtained; and
c. No subdivision to the land.
Compensation will be paid to the affected land owners within one (1) month from the date of receipt of their replies to the Award or Superintendent’s Decision provided that fund is already available.
